About Me

I’m Shaleah Hamilton, founder of Hamilton Signal. I combined my passion for analytics and communications storytelling into one consultancy. Instead of choosing one or the other, I decided to merge them. My work uses analytics to uncover opportunities and communications to ensure the message lands where it matters most.

I bring a broad background across sports and entertainment, with experience in multiple sectors. I studied Public Relations at Seton Hall University, giving me the perspective to shape messages that resonate. My career journey has taken me from merchandising at Madison Square Garden to game day operations with the New York Jets, media relations at HBO, and data strategy and insights at WarnerMedia’s Turner Sports and Bleacher Report.

I can extract, clean, and analyze data, then turn those insights into PR and communications strategies built for impact. Every project I take on is designed to meet the specific goals and realities of each client.
